Olympique Lyonnais broke a 12-match streak without defeating Paris Saint-Germain as a visiting team in the Ligue 1, with a 0-1. With this result, Lille goes to first, followed by Lyon and PSG (29-28-28). This league is very tight.
It was a classic Neymar (BRA) show. He fell down several times -sometimes with no apparent reason- and acting as if in agonic pain at different times throughout the match. What we missed from the Neymar show was a goal or being involved in a goal.
In the second half he pushed De Sciglio, who then crashed into Lopes, who rolled nine times and also acted in pain. Unfortunately, Neymar also did fall after a reckless tackle by Thiago Mendes (BRA) that might have injured him, and Neymar was stretched off the field. Mendes was is rightfully expelled. This can be a big blow to PSG if he did get injures and will lose matches.
The only goal was scored by Tino Kadewere (ZIM) with a low finish in the left post at 35′, to redeem a big miss he had moments prior.
Goal Lyon: Kadewere at 35′
