PGA: English and Kuchar take the QBE Shootout lead

Harris English (USA) and Matt Kuchar (USA), who have paired for years, took advantage on the second day of the QBE Shootout, a PGA Tour Exhibition tournament that changes format each day. Today, players had a round of alternate-stroke play.

English and Kuchar did not have a single bogey but they had two very good streaks: five birdies on the first five holes and six straight birdies on the 12-17.

Those two streaks might be the difference tomorrow because they escaped form the second place team: yesterday’s leaders Kevin Na (USA) and Sean O’Hair (USA), who are five behind on -20.

T3 on -18 we have Louis Oozthuizen (ZAF) with Bubba Watson (USA), and Lanto Griffin (USA) and Mackenzie Hughes (CAN).
