Michael Blowen, founder and president of Old Friends Throroughbred Retirement farm, announced that retired horse Awesome Again (USA) passed away, aged 26 without a reported cause of death.
Awesome Again has a Grade I stakes race named on his honor. He had a very successful career, including winning the 1998 Breeders’ Cup Classic.
